Site visit/Quote
We like to meet with our clients onsite to thoroughly discuss your vision and see the space we are working with. It is often important to also engage a building designer or architect to have your plans drawn up to ensure that your vision meets your budget, your overall needs and comply with Council requirements. Once you receive the plans and have decided on your budget we can then provide you with a detailed quote to complete your project.
Plan
Now is the time to review your quote and discuss any concerns or changes and accept the final quote. We then work closely with the architect and/or building designer to arrange council submissions and approvals. Throughout this process we will keep you updated on the progress of your application and any additional information required.
The benefit of having a custom home builder means that we can work with you and be flexible in creating your dream space while aligning with your budget & values.
3.
Contract & Build
Here is the exciting part! When the time comes, we will provide you with a detailed contract which will outline the stages of your build, progress payments and estimated start and completion dates.
Throughout the building process we will meet and speak with you regularly about the progress. Any variations to the contract are discussed & priced upfront so that there are no surprises at the end of the project.
We pride ourselves on maintaining thorough communication & transparency with our clients by using management software that you, as the client, have access to, to keep track of your build progress.
